Andreas teaches a course on Challenge-driven development at the University of Gothenburg

Andreas Nilsson will teach a course in Challenge-driven development at the University of Gothenburg. The course starts at the end of March and lasts until the summer. During the course, students will choose an important challenge and work in groups to work out a solution to the challenge. Parts of the solution must also be developed technically. The aim of the course is to create an understanding of how you as an innovator work closely and iteratively with the challenge you want to improve.

Andreas has for many years combined research, innovation, entrepreneurship with university work. He is a recurring expert hired by the business community, Vinnova and the EU Commission.

My best tip for innovators in the early stages of their innovation journey is to focus more on the challenge and slightly less on the solution itself. Solutions are changing, but a deeper understanding of the challenge is invaluable, says Andreas.
