Teaming up with UX designers:
SAS started their journey of digital transformation in 2014, redesigning all digital touchpoints. Spring entered the project at the end of 2015 and has helped SAS Digital Design to do user research, create concepts, wireframes and prototypes. Springs UX designers have worked with RFID-technology, been a part of the design behind the SAS Loyalty program EuroBonus, designing the mobile interface and the up-sell concept for ancillaries.
