Happident is a rapidly expanding dental care chain that is active in all four of Swedens growth regions. We are digitalizing the booking process to make it easier for the customer to schedule appointments, reschedule, switch clinics and find last-minute time slots.

Happidents strategy is to procure dental clinics in larger city areas and integrate these under the Happident brand. Synergies between them are established through basic functions, brand and the national coverage of the clinics. To realize these synergies, it is important to quickly bring all the clinics into the same system environment, as well as showing a consistent image outward, of course.

We have constructed a digital booking system where all the clinics are available. This system is integrated with the clinics own journal systems and booking systems, as well as with the insurance bureaus ATB. Customers can safely log in via BankID, and from there schedule appointments, reschedule, switch clinics etc. The work also includes back-end development, integrations, as well as front-end. The result is a flexible and encompassing digital experience for the customers.
