Thomas leads workshop on innovation at Lean Forum!
On Lean Forum Conference, Thomas will tell you how to unleash the power of the team through a clear innovation process.
The innovation process is based on combining the power of all employees with a very structured approach where ideas come into the process developed in short steps, based on a combination of lean start-up, and agile development. The process allows for tracking and prioritization through clear milestones and goals and is characterized by great openness to increase everyone’s participation.
The workshop is aimed primarily for companies that intend to establish an internal innovation process based on lean and agile techniques or that has an internal innovation process but want to develop it further. The day ends up with the participants will share their experiences from internal innovation processes and what they can add their innovation efforts, based on experiences from the workshop.
The workshop is led by Springs CEO Thomas Arctaedius, affiliated researcher and lecturer at the Department of Computer and Information Science at Stockholm University.
