Pinar Metin, Service Design Lead at Spring speaks at World Usability Day

"The good, the bad, the ugly" is the title of Pinar’s invited talk. She will talk about the importance of working in a learning iterative way to ensure positive effects and impact of new developments. Pinar works with designing user experience by focusing on the process in a collaborative environment involving both client and users.

World Usability Day (WUD) is an event that is arranged all over the world in the second Thursday in November. It is a day that focus on usability, user experience and accessibility. The event is an opportunity to meet and discuss how we can work to improve the situation for both users and organisations in their meetings with IT-products.
