App development for Medituner

Since innovation is at the core of everything we do at Spring, we are very happy to now work with Medituner whose products will revolutionise the heatlthcare sector. Medituner is recognised for new innovations within the health care sector and was the winner of Stockholm Innovation Scholarship 2015. Asthmatuner is the first complete self-management system for asthma and is made up of patient apps (iOS and Android), secure cloud based data base storage and a health care interface. The first version of AsthmaTuner is undergoing clinical evaluation and Spring is now doing the development of the next version of AsthmaTuner. The next version will include login with ”Swedish bank id”.

The current team at Spring working with the development of AsthmaTuner involves the following roles, Senior Architect, iOS Developer, Android Developer, Project Manager, UX Designer and Art Direction.  The aim is to launch the next version of AsthmaTuner in the fall 2017.

According to Doctor Henrik Ljungberg,company founder, the aim of Medituner is to be world leading within self management of respiratory diseases with emphasis on diagnosis, individual treatment, patient education and inhalation technique training. 

10% of the population suffer from asthma and improved self management will revolutionize the health care sector.  Providing the tools to adequately self manage will help empower patients and take control of the condition, Doctor Ljungberg compares this to internet banking.
